ABOUT ME

I am Miguel Llorente, founder of the Circular Training Academy and creator of the Circular Training methodology.

With over 16 years of experience as a professional coach and 10 years dedicated to training coaches, I have had the privilege of working in the exciting world of sports leadership and high-performance sport.

For 8 years, I was co-owner and co-founder of Aktua Liderazgo, a company that provides training for coaches in sports leadership alongside Jofre Mateu, where I gained valuable experience and knowledge about the personal and professional development of coaches, training individuals and clubs.

Additionally, I have had the honor of working and coaching in renowned football clubs such as FC Barcelona, Deportivo de La Coruña, and CD Castellón. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that coaches face in different environments and competitive levels.

Furthermore, I hold qualifications in sports coaching, practitioner level in NLP, and have completed internships in sports psychology.

The creation of this academy is the result of my passion for coaching and my firm belief that there is a training gap that needs to be filled. The person behind the player and the coach plays a decisive role in performance, and nobody prepares us for this, which leaves us absolutely lost.

I am committed to providing comprehensive and high-quality training that allows coaches to reach their full potential and make a difference in the world of sports.
