We have been trained for a leadership style that belongs to another era. A leadership style typical of a hyper-hierarchical society where the leader or boss provided the intelligence and the subordinate simply followed orders.
Fortunately, nowadays the situation has changed, and the player and coach share the same ecosystem, each exercising their role and both adequately prepared. Miguel Llorente, founder of the Circular Training Academy, draws from over 16 years of coaching experience, including stints at FC Barcelona, Deportivo de La Coruña, and CD Castellón.
With expertise in positional play methodology acquired at La Masia, FC Barcelona's renowned youth academy, Miguel aims to bridge the gap in coaching education.
